Why Join the PTO? 

The Parent-Teacher Organization (PTO) is a volunteer organization dedicated to working with parents, families, teachers, and administration to benefit our school.

 The PTO helps to provide many support services throughout the year. Membership allows you to participate in meetings by expressing ideas, and involvement in events and opinions, including voting on items set before the board. It is an excellent form of open communication between school and home, and not to mention it's pretty awesome!!!

 There are so many ways to be involved and help support the PTO and our school and its success. You can choose to be hands-on, or if time constraints do not allow that, we would love help from home. Each volunteer/member is just as vital as the next! If you would like to volunteer, please let us know and fill out this form indicating where you would like to assist.

Who Can Join the PTO? 

A PTO member can consist of a Parent/Guardian, Aunt or Uncle, Grandparent, Teacher, or Administrator.  

How to get started?

Step 1

Complete the 2023-2024 Volunteer Interest Form and pay your annual membership dues. 

$10.00 - General Membership

$5.00 - Teachers/Admin

Step 2

Complete the annual ForneyISD Volunteering form and Background Check Application. 

Step 3

Once you have completed step 4, and your background check has cleared, you will receive an email with instructions for joining the ForneyISD VOMO hub.  Follow the instruction provided in the email to create your user account.
